A. Yes any ¾ thick shelf is compatible with our shelving system. No matter where purchased.

Q. Does Wooden You offer help on layout designs such as bedrooms, offices, and closets?

A. Yes, Wooden You will help you with layout designs on any project. You can e-mail us or call in and we will gladly answer any of your questions.

Q. How much weight can your system hold?

A. The Wooden You Shelving System can support extreme amounts of weight, but it varies depending on the arm types. Light duty arms can hold 75 lbs. a piece, heavy duty arms can hold 160 lbs, designer arms hold 65 lbs, and the closet arms hold up to 150 lbs.

Q. What are the materials your products are made out of?

A. Our arms and rails are made out of real solid oak.

Q. What tools will I need to install the Wooden You system?

A. All you will need is a Phillips screwdriver and a level to install ANY of our products.

Q. What kind of warranty and return policy does Wooden You provide?

A. Wooden World offers a lifetime warranty on all products, if a product is damaged you can return it to us and we will repair/replace the piece for no charge. All of our products can be refunded also, as long as you report the damaged product within seven days after product is shipped, for more information visit our Terms & Policies page.

Q. Since No Studs/Backings are required for your system, what do I do differently if I encounter a stud?

A. When you encounter a stud you don’t have to use nylon anchors, simply screw in the 2” mounting screws to the stud.

A. The Wooden You Shelving System can support more weight, is far better looking, completely adjustable, easier to install, can have more add-ons, and cost relatively the same as wire shelving.

Q. How are the drawer units and shelving units installed?

A. Our drawer units and shelving units can be installed in a breeze, both the drawer units and shelving units slide right into the rails, just as our arms do.

Q. What is the difference between your two closet arms?

A. The difference between the two closet arms is that the CAR-12 arm supports shelves & clothing rods, whereas the COR-12 arm only supports clothing rods.
